R\u00e9cup\u00e9rez toute la chair et faites-la cuire dans une po\u00eale huil\u00e9e jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019elle soit bien tendre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pendant ce temps pr\u00e9parez la b\u00e9chamel : faites chauffer la mati\u00e8re grasse dans une casserole puis ajoutez la farine en m\u00e9langeant avec un fouet. Ajoutez ensuite le lait tout en m\u00e9langeant. Attention aux grumeaux ! Une fois le m\u00e9lange \u00e9paissi, versez la b\u00e9chamel sur la butternut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e9langez puis mettre le tout dans un plat \u00e0 gratin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recouvrez de fromage r\u00e2p\u00e9 ou de levure malt\u00e9e et de chapelure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfournez 40min \u00e0 180\u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Variante :<\/strong> Si la coque de butternut est en bon \u00e9tat, vous pouvez faire votre gratin dedans plut\u00f4t que dans un plat.
