Lorsque le pain \u00e0 bien imbib\u00e9, malaxez un peu pour obtenir une p\u00e2te. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beurrez un plat \u00e0 gratin et r\u00e9partissez la p\u00e2te de pain dans le fond du plat. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfournez pendant environ 20 min. La p\u00e2te doit ressortir plus r\u00e9sistante et moins imbib\u00e9e d\u2019eau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pendant ce temps, coupez les pommes de terres en d\u00e9s et les carottes en petits morceaux. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faites revenir dans une po\u00eale avec un peu d\u2019huile. Lorsque les pommes de terre et les carottes semblent assez cuites, baissez le feu \u00e0 feu moyen et versez un peu de sauce soja sucr\u00e9e. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e9langez et laisser cuire 1 ou 2 min.
